We’re thrilled to share with you a tutorial from the very talented Teri Pringle Wood.

Teri is a decorative artist that started decorating cookies for friends and family. She quickly found herself selling her limited edition cookies and has built up a large online following.

One year ago we launched our ground breaking Creative Cake System with Ceri Griffiths! We recently sat down for a chat with Ceri to discuss how the first year has gone, and what his personal highlights and challenges were!

We were thrilled to get this step by step tutorial from Chef Nicholas Lodge. He has used the Dragonflies Mould from the Creative Cake System and made beautiful transparent gelatin wings! Pictured against his stunning hand made flower.

Intricately detailed the dragonfly mould is the latest addition to the Creative Cake System designed by International Sugar Artist Ceri Griffiths. It contains two dragonflies, in two sizes, two sets of bulrushes and river stones to help you build a scene.
