Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase from Katy Sue Designs. If you're not 100% satisfied with your items, you can return your order by post within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable service.  Please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently and that they cannot be damaged during transit to us.

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and the receipt, we will exchange it for an alternative item or items. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund within 10 working days of receipt of your returned item. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Any returned items must reach us in unopened, "new" condition with all original packaging present.

As stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs or CDs if you have opened the seal.

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 7 working days.
