Please note: The master classes were filmed between 2020-2022 as part of the Flower Pro Ultimate Members Club which operated during that period. You may hear Chef Nicholas make references to the club occasionally in some videos. The Master Classes were Chef Nicholas’s legacy to those who purchased the Flower Pro range and wanted to learn how to make even more flowers using the moulds and vieners. How to watch the Flower Pro Master Classes online:

Once you have ordered your Online Master Class Collection, you will receive an email to 'Access your Digital Content' – click the link in the email which will take you to our website where you will see your online classes and class notes.

Alternatively, simply log in to your Katy Sue Account and click 'My Digital Content'.

You will see a screen showing the first Master Class and a video library to the side (or underneath on mobile) – simply select a Class to click and watch online.
