Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to ALL trade accounts
02. Order Confirmation:
Customers will receive an order acknowledgement by E-mail.
Delivery will be by Parcel Force normally within of 3-5 working days.
04. Product list and Prices:
You can view our complete product guide in the pdf below. The Katy Sue Designs trade price list is available upon request once trade customer status has been confirmed.
05. Minimum Order Size:
The minimum order size is £50.00 exclusive of delivery charges. To open an account the minimum first order is £250.00. Minimum order quantity - 3 of each product.
Invoices for goods and delivery charges must be paid for prior to shipment. Payment can be made by:
a) Debit/Credit card
b) Wire/ Bank transfers to Katy Sue Designs Ltd.
07. Delivery Charges:
Orders above £50 in value will be delivered free. Orders to none UK territories are quoted per order.
Goods should be checked for quantity upon receipt and the delivery note signed accordingly. Any shortages should be notified to Katy Sue Designs immediately. Full credit will be given for shortages notified in accordance with this procedure.
Full credit will be given for any product found damaged on receipt by the buyer. Katy Sue Designs will
not accept any claim for damages if notified more than one working day after the time of delivery to the buyer.
10. What are the criteria for becoming a trade customer?
Products are supplied for resale only, not for end user use. Trade terms are available to retailers only.
All products MUST be sold at Katy Sue Designs RRP and not permanently discounted. Web only retailers are permitted supply provided no sales are carried out through Ebay, Amazon or Etsy.
