Chef Nicholas travelled all the way from Atlanta to be with us on the Flower Pro stand, demonstrating his log slice cookies and the Winter Foliage Mould – which makes beautifully realistic fir, spruce, juniper, cedar and larch. It was lovely to welcome him back to the UK and great to watch him work!
