TOP TIP: Prepare your moulds first by ensuring they're completely clean and dry – Katy Sue Silicone Moulds are dishwasher safe! Before pressing in the fondant, brush a little cornflour into the mould and tap out any access, OR you can lightly brush on a little vegetable fat such as Trex. Either of these methods will help ensure the fondant releases from the mould with ease. We recommend using a firm fondant such as Renshaw Extra.
