Delivery Policy
Please ensure you use an accessible email address and/or a suitable contact number with your order to allow communication from ourselves or our delivery companies where required. Please check your inbox (as well as spam/junk) for communications, order confirmations can sometimes appear here.
Once your order has reached our fulfilment stage, we are unable to amend or cancel prior to dispatch. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days from the date the order is placed (working days are Monday to Friday). Please note that during busier periods this may take a little longer. Delivery may also be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example, adverse weather conditions or unexpected increase in demand.
UK Standard Shipping Charges
We have two courier partners, Royal Mail and DHL depending on weight and delivery location. Most of our orders are sent on a Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. The length of time taken for delivery by Royal Mail is beyond our control. If your order does not arrive after 5 days we would recommend that you check with your local sorting office to see if they have the order as sometimes an item may be too large to fit through the letterbox and a calling card may not be left. If you still have concerns, email our customer services team info@katysuedesigns.com for further assistance.
Standard delivery on orders up to £34.99 (after discounts) is £3.99.
Standard delivery on orders £35.00 and over is FREE.
We are unable to send parcels to any PO BOX addresses.
Europe Standard Shipping Charges
The minimum order value is £35.00. You will not be allowed to ship on orders below £35.00.

International duties
PLEASE NOTE: If you are outside the UK, your order will be shipped with duty paid.
Customers outside of the UK will not be charged the UK value added tax (VAT). The prices on our website are displayed inclusive of VAT, however the VAT will be removed as you reach checkout where you will see prices reduce by 20%. You need to be logged in or enter your address at checout so that the website recognises your location for the reduction to be applied.
Wholesale trade deliveries may be subject to different terms regarding duties and taxes. If you have questions, please contact your account manager.

Please Note for International Shipping: Where an order comprises 10%+ by value of card, paper & envelope products, we will contact you with a specific postage cost illustration. Ordered in bulk, these items can aggregate to a significant weight, which may mean International postage costs become expensive.

Refunds & Returns
We want you to enjoy your purchase from Katy Sue Designs. If you're not 100% satisfied with your items, you can return your order by post within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable service. Please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently and that they cannot be damaged during transit to us. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and the receipt, we will exchange it for an alternative item or items. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund within 10 working days of receipt of your returned item. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Any returned items must reach us in unopened, "new" condition with all original packaging present.
As stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs or CDs if you have opened the seal.
No returns or cancellations are accepted for digital download products.
In the unlikely event that items within your order are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 7 working days. Please return your items to the address below:
